The way the Cusotmer Care Center works, customers can apply any credits they have to individual invoices at their choice. Because of this choice, the total owed balance will not be updated until after you apply your credits. Once you apply your credits, your account balance will be updated. You can opt in to have your credits automatically applied to your next invoice, however as a warning this can never be refunded to you.
