Over the past 48 hours, we have been attempting to install a new server for new customers and to allow DNS records replecations for DNS redundancy.
This "journey" started with a fresh server that was doomed from the start with a bad install. After getting everything setup, the server refused to sync with the existing servers. After 24 hours of trying to troubleshoot this enigma, we finally gave the go-ahead for a new server and fresh install this morning. 45 minuites later, the server was up and running and syncing with our older DNS servers just fine.
We are still running some tests on this server and should have it in a live Virtual Hosting enviornment within the next 24 hours.
All DNS issues have now been resolved as well as the server downtime of Box19, Box5, and Box8. We do sencerely appologize for these downtimes and any inconvienances they may have caused. They are now back up and not expected to experience any more outages.
