We will be updating our Client Relations Manager on December 6, 2011 (starting at 10:00pm EST) in order to deliver more features, and a better customer experince as well as to address some outstanding bugs.
During this time our order system will be offline.  The downtime should start at approximately 10:00pm EST and end at 11:00pm EST.
Your hosting services will be unaffected and still manageable through your website's control panel.
