We have changed our support and billing interfaces to be smartly intergrated together.Â Not only have they been intergrated but we have also seperated our ticket management system from MLW & Associates ticket management system.Â This should allow us to better organize and prioritize our support requests and allow for a more intuitive and user-friendly billing and ordering system that can securly store your billing details and credit card information as well as automatically bill you when your invoice comes due.
